amigopod provides a combination of traditional email and telephone support mechanisms with a series of 'self service' support tools to help you get the information and support you need when you need it most.  Our dedicated online support portal provides customers with the ability to lodge support tickets, view their progress and communicate directly with support engineers as well as view FAQ and knowledge base articles.

amigopod 'webservice' is our integrated online distribution platform which allows users to check for new software updates, roll back software updates and even preview or test new products.  Customers simply need to click on the 'check for updates' link directly from the amigopod administrator interface to see a real time list of available plugins to install or preview.  Using amigopod webservice, we are able to easily publish software updates directly to the amigopod VMA, eliminating downtime, inaccessible FTP downloads or time consuming updates.
