amigopod launches visitor management appliances

amigopod unified visitor management solutions are now available as a turnkey appliance for customers to install seamlessly into their existing networks.

Whilst customers have benefited from the flexibility of the software versions of the product, we have had lots of feedback asking for a ready built hardware appliance.  Working closely with dedicated appliance manufacturers, amigopod has developed a series of custom hardware appliances which deliver all of the existing features and functionality on a standard platform.

amigopod will continue to make the software versions of the product available (self install software, VMWare or Parallels virtual appliance), and with the new hardware appliances customers now have a wider choice of deployment options.  Due for shipping at the end of September, amigopod is excited to announce the availability of the VMA-50 for up to 50 concurrent visitors, the VMA-200 for up to 200 concurrent visitors and the VMA-1000 for up to 1000 concurrent visitors.
